The Covid pandemic have made delivery schedules irregular and hard to predict. Delays are widespread, continual and random. Please do not rely on the details below. If you have concern, please select the tracked option at the checkout, although it is no guarantee of more speed. Please get in touch for more information on delivery.
We use An Post (National Post Office System) as our delivery main option because of their low cost, speedy and reliable delivery record.To keep your delivery costs low, we do not request tracking on every item. If you are concerned about delivery in your area, please choose the Recorded Delivery option at the checkout.
NOTE: Standard shipping is the automatic option, unless recorded delivery is requested.
Outside of Europe, your delivery may be subject to customs charges. These must be paid by the customer. These charges vary from state to state. As a general rule, if the value of the items is less than $20, there is no charge. Please be aware of local rules outside of our control.
If you experience a delay more than the timescales noted above, please get in touch as soon as possible. We can confirm your order and dispatch date. However, without paid tracking on you delivery, we cannot tell you the location of your package. Orders outside the Republic of Ireland are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result. But will will keep in touch.
