Please measure the ankle snug with tape or ribbon and ruler. Add 1cm to allow for the beads.

Enormously successful
I have been wearing an anklet for a hip problem and have found it enormously successful. It has reduced the pain immensely and made my problem manageable.
I suffer from fibromyalgia and since wearing this bracelet the pains have eased. I'm only wearing it about 2wks now so hopefully it will stay that way 😁.
