I bought this after doing research ….to help some inflammation issues in my joints. Although I am not sure it’s doing anything for the inflammation, I simply love this necklace. I find myself wanting to put it back on when I take it off for showers so I think my body is telling me to wear it, and I do so 24/7 (except showers).
