Shipping Policy

Dispatched from our base in Mayo, Ireland, EU.  We ship worldwide everyday. 

Order placed

  • Before 1pm Monday to Friday          Posted the same day
  • After 1pm Monday to Friday             Posted the following day
  • Anytime Saturday or Sunday             Posted the following Monday
  • On Bank/Public Holidays                   Posted the next working day

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ireland and Northern Ireland: 2-8 working days
  • UK and Europe: 4-21 working days
  • USA and Rest of World:  10- 25 working days

Delivery Method

We use An Post (National Post Office System) Standard Post as our delivery main option because of their relatively low cost, speedy and reliable delivery record. To keep your delivery costs low, we do not request tracking on every item.  If you are concerned about delivery in your area, please choose the Recorded Delivery option at the checkout.

NOTE:  Standard shipping is the automatic option, unless recorded delivery is requested.  

Packaging

Most of our products are packaged in small padded envelopes and so can be placed through your letter box.  In the case of a larger parcel that cannot go through your letter box, your local mail delivery service will notify you and you can arrange collection/delivery from your local Post Office.

Customs

Outside of Europe, your delivery may be subject to customs charges.  These must be paid by the customer.  These charges vary from state to state.  We are not responsible for your local charges.

Delays

If you experience a delay more than the timescales noted above, please get in touch as soon as possible.  We can confirm your order and dispatch date.  However, without paid tracking on you delivery, we cannot tell you the location of your package.  Orders outside the Republic of Ireland are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result.  But will will keep in touch.  The delivery times above are given by An Post as a guideline.
