How to use Amber for Wellness

1.  It must be Baltic Amber

The amber that is found in the Baltic has the highest concentration of succinite than amber found anywhere else in the world.  We stock no other amber, only genuine Baltic Amber here.

2.  Any colour will do

In our experience, colour is not a measure of effectiveness.  That is like asking which orange in the box contains the most Vitamin C!  Once worn, they will all work in the same way.  There is no 'best'.  The key is that it is Baltic amber and it is worn all the time.  

2.  Wear it against the skin, all the time

24/7 is best.  Amber is comfortable to wear and will not impact most daily activities.  It can be tucked under clothing.

3.  Use a correct amount

A single bead or a small charm bracelet will not have enough amber to help.  The more amber the better!  An bracelet or anklet is generally enough amber to help ease most conditions.  If you need an extra boost for tough pain conditions, consider a second or larger product.

4.  Give it a little time to see results

We suggest you use it for 2-3 weeks.  Then remove it for a few days and see the symptoms return!
